The project is based on the feeling of apathy. Contemporary social media experiences encourage interconnected relationships, while leaving us powerless against the inertia of the system. Daily virtual exposure to devastation, wars and calamities have made the average viewer less capable of empathising with other individuals and in many ways, sceptical of reality itself in the Post-Truth era. Thus, the artist hypothesises a future apocalyptic scenario where a particular household would observe and feel the threat of the world outside its boundaries, and yet, would be powerless or, worse, unconcerned with the conditions of the surrounding environment.
